- Assemble shield, cup and motor unit
- Place inside bra with nipple centred in shield
- Connect to My Youha app via Bluetooth
- Select mode and suction level — start on Massage mode to stimulate let-down
- Switch to Expression or Mixed mode once milk begins flowing
- Pump auto shuts off at 30 minutes — or stop manually via app
- Comes with 24mm shield + 22mm convertors
- Measure your nipple diameter before first use for best fit and maximum output, see images for guidance
- Stimulate nipple first before measuring
- Measure each side individually, nipple size often differs left to right
- Additional flange sizes available separately if needed
- Wash all milk-contact parts after every use
- Closed system, motor unit protected from milk contact
- Anti-backflow design prevents contamination
