The Lactation Lounge Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. General

By joining our Milk Drop loyalty rewards program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Lila Jasmine reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all customers with a valid account on www.lilajasmine.co.nz.
• Participation is free - no purchase is required to join.
• Limited to one account per person.

3. Earning Milk Drops

• Customers earn 1 Milk Drop per $1 spent including sale items, subscription orders, discounted bundles, workshops and gift cards.
• Points are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.
• Bonus point promotions may be offered at Lila Jasmine’s discretion.
• Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards are valid on full-priced, one-time purchases lactation bars only the cannot be applied to;
  • Subscription orders
  • Discounted bundles
  • Online 4th Trimester Workshop
  • Sale items or Gift Cards
• Minimum spend applies when redeeming rewards:
  • Free Shipping: 75 Milk Drops, min spend $30
    
  • Free Mix of Six: 100 Milk Drops, min spend $$30
• Referrals
  • Referring customer reward: $10 off coupon, min spend $30
  • Referred friend reward: $10 off coupon, min spend $60
• Only one reward can be used per order.
• Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

• Rewards are strictly limited to the full-priced lactation bars.
• Points are earned on the order total after discounts and before shipping/taxes.
• If an order is returned or refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from the account.

6. Expiration & Account Management

• No expiration date on earned points or redeemed rewards.
• Lila Jasmine reserves the right to adjust point balances in case of errors, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity.

7. Program Changes & Termination

• Lila Jasmine may modify, pause, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without liability.
• If the program is discontinued, customers will have 30 days to redeem their rewards before points are forfeited.
