We make no claims or guarantees that our products will increase breast milk supply. Therefore, refunds or replacements cannot be provided if you are dissatisfied with your milk production. However, we are committed to maintaining high standards and quality products. If you believe an item is not up to standard, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. To process this, please provide the following to hello@lilajasmine.co.nz

• Evidence of the product [including packaging].
• Proof of purchase and purchase location.

Workshops

All workshop payments are non-refundable, except in cases of pregnancy-related medical reasons preventing attendance. In such cases, we will provide a full refund minus a $25 admin fee.

• Cancellation Policy: please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your workshop if you cannot attend or refunds cannot be accommodated.
• Workshop Cancellations: If the workshop doesn’t fill and cannot proceed, you’ll be notified 48 hours prior and offered:
  • A spot in a future session.
  • Access to our online workshop with the price difference refunded.
  • A full refund.
