Your items will then be dispatched in 1-2 days, you will receive an email to track your order once it has been scanned in by our courier partner.

A flat rate of $9.50 including rural addresses
In most cases your order will be shipped in 1-2 days. Delivery can take between 3-5 days depending on your location + 7-10 days if you live rurally. If you haven't received your order in 10 days please contact us or our shipping partner Post Haste
Post Haste deliver Monday to Friday, all of our orders are sent on a tracked, non-signature delivery service, with 'Authority to Leave' because we don't want to interrupt you if you're napping or feeding. If you would like signature required or have special delivery instructions please leave us a note when checking out

Little Mash Boutique - order can be collected from within Little Mash Boutique, 9.00 - 3.00 Monday-Friday + 10.00 - 2.00 Saturdays.
Waterford Birth Centre - you MUST be a current patient at Waterford to be able to pick up your order from this location.

Lactation bars - We make no claims or promises that our products will increase your breast milk supply + therefore no refunds or replacements will be given if you are dissatisfied with your breast milk production. However, we pride ourselves on high standards + quality products, should you feel that our products are not up to standard we will willingly replace or refund those items but you must provide evidence of the product, including its packaging as well as your purchase location.
Workshops - All payments are non-refundable except for pregnancy related medical reasons you're unable to attend your session - in which case a full refund will be provided minus a $25 admin fee. Please notify me if you're unable to attend 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing. If the workshop doesn't fill + there aren't enough participants for the workshop to go ahead you will be notified 48 hours prior to your session + will be offered a spot at a future session, access to our online workshop or a full refund. Should you choose to take the workshop online you will be reimbursed the price difference.
