  • 4th Trimester Workshop FAQ's

    What is the best gestation to attend the workshop?

    I recommend coming in your second or third trimester but really whenever suits you is fine. We've had women come in their first trimester + women come postpartum too. What's more important is that you recognise the importance of preparing for the fourth trimester + place priority on finding time to learn

    Is the workshop only for first time mums?

    No, we have many women attend who have had a baby or babies before. Normally they've decided to come for a refresher or they found some of what we discuss difficult + want to be better prepared

    Should my partner come?

    This session would be very beneficial for them, your ticket is for both you + your partner to come along or support person. We also have people come along alone + that is ok too

    What is the difference between the online + in person workshop?

    Our online workshop is ideal for those who don't live locally to Hamilton or don't want to attend an in-person session {but I am very friendly}. Some of the reasons people prefer an online workshop are;

    Timing - the timing of our face-to-face sessions don't line up with your availability or you'd prefer to do it in your own time or there's difficulty finding the time that suits both you + your partner

    Location - you may not live in Hamilton where our face-to-face workshop is heldBed rest - you may have been put on bedrest for the remainder of your pregnancy, therefore this is a great option

    Comfort - we're not all comfortable in small groups so taking the workshop online from the comfort of your own home may be your preference

    If you have any further question you can contact us HERE

    What if I can no longer make it?

    All payments are non-refundable except in the event of pregnancy related medical issues - in which case you will be offered access to the online workshop or a full refund minus a $25 admin fee. Please notify us if you're unable to attend 48 hours prior to the workshop commencing.

    If the workshop doesn't fill or we're unable to proceed due unforeseen circumstances you will be notified at least 48 hours prior to your session. You will be offered a spot at a future session or access to our online workshop or a full refund. Should you choose to take the workshop online you will be reimbursed the price difference
